Reflection on Practice is now an integral part of learning in clinical practice.
Everyone reflects informally for example by chatting about work experiences to friends, and by so doing we make sense of whatever incident has caused us pleasure, anxiety, confusion. Reflection on Practice as a teaching aid assumes a more formal approach with the use of a Model of Reflection to guide the process. Gibbs is a well known model and this presentation takes you through Reflection using Gibbs. |
